Administrative Support
 

This new position is responsible for planning, managing, and supervising all assigned areas to meet the organization’s goals. Responsible for ensuring assigned areas meet all applicable laws, regulations and contract requirements. Ensure proper maintenance for 2 company-owned buildings (Olympia and PA) and 3 leased locations. As Chief Administrative Officer responsible for ensuring Morningside complies with all Federal, state, and local filings required of businesses or 501(c)3 organizations. Advise the CEO on strategic goals related to assigned areas and meeting identified goals. As a member of the Leadership Team responsible for actively participating in creating and meeting the organization’s long-term goals and objectives.

Morningside is a private not-for-profit and premier provider of employment services to adults with disabilities in Washington State. We serve nearly 1000 clients with a staff of 100 and offices in 5 counties. Currently 2 locations are owned and 3 office located in rented facilities
