As a Job Coach you are responsible for assisting adults with disabilities to maintain and grow at their job in the community. Be responsible for ensuring all services are provided in a professional, supportive manner, including on-going and clear communication with all significant individuals and groups. Establish and maintain excellent relationships with employers to maximize positive outcomes.
This position is highly visible in the community, requiring interaction with a variety of employers, funding sources, and businesses in a wide range of environments, including marketing, education, and making presentations, and working with clients throughout their employment. This position requires significant schedule flexibility to support clients at their community jobs.
